Why Should You Be Certified or Licensed for Radon Services?

Certification or licensure for radon measurement or mitigation is the professional recognition that will provide assurance to your clients that they are getting services that comply with recognized standards.

Achieving certification in a national voluntary program or state program typically requires taking training (online or in-person), passing a national certification exam, completing application forms, paying appropriate fees, and meeting continuing education requirements.

Some states have individual certification programs. Many states recognize the NEHA-NRPP or NRSB certifications as a pre-requisite or equal standard for certification.
